Choosing to bring in Home Health for my grandmother was not an easy decision for my family. We knew she needed help, but as an independent woman she made it difficult to bring in anyone. Jess S. came highly recommended as she has worked in the industry for several years. My grandmother is not an easy woman to deal with these days - she is demanding, impatient, rude, and unkind - not the woman I grew up knowing.
