My husband had in-home PT with Personal Touch after a hospital stay and rehab. He then required it again 1 1/2 years later following a second hospital stay." Our first experience was so positive, we specifically requested Personal Touch the second time. I just can't describe how caring and compassionate their staff was, namely Andru. Andru's excellent expertise and care helped my husband build back strength and balance. Andru explained each exercise and his delivery and interactions were always with kindness, respect, and patience. My husband did not enjoy PT but because of Andru, he did it without complaining. Andru is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to support his client's recovery. (He did for my husband.) Andru listens to questions/concerns and will even provide input for medical equipment. He was happy to set/up or install the equipment and ensured it worked for my husband. If you are in need of in-home PT and/or OT services, please request Personal Touch. They will make your recovery experience a positive one.

Home Health Care was assigned to my daughter who has spina bifida and broke her leg. She has been laid up for 5 months and has been in hospital for surgeries , infection and then rehab. Home Health Care came and first two weeks they brought no supplies third week they brought some really cheap crappy bandages for my daughter's bed sores (fell off in a few hours) from being laid up so long and then finally one box of bandages came in the mail. So in one month we received one box of 10 bandages from home health nurse 😐 Home health nurse bryanna did not label the bandages like they're supposed to bc but then still claims that I was not bandaging the sores in between Home Health visits and using the "" supplies she left. Not only was i using the 1 box of bandages she had delivered but also bought another box from Amazon . She lied and She wrote us a note saying that Home Health was no longer coming due to lack of care in between visits and then ironically Adult Protective Services came to my house with a complaint about bed sores 2 days later. Personal Touch claims that a nurse cannot call you into adult or child protected services without consulting the head nurse there first, but I have high suspicions that she did turn us in with no permission bc of her behavior towards my daughter and bc of note accusing me of not caring for her wounds. Very unprofessional. Not only was i bandaging her but also was taking her to wound care clinic. Home health nurse Bryanna was of very little help and I believe she turned us into APS . She DID NOT commincate to my daugjter why she wasnt coming anymore even tho she claims she did. My daugjter asked Bryanna what does the note mean and does it mean shes not coming anymore via text and Bryanna ghosted her. My daughter is 20. ** Sores are all healed according to the wound clinic as of a week after Byranna called adult protective services! If I was neglecting her wounds how are they healed now 😅. What a joke home health care was for us. This can potentially affect my daughter medicaid health insurance which she just received!

I had home health schedule to come out after I had knee replacement surgery on Tuesday. It is with such sadness that they took a personal issue and turned it into not wanting to help me. Because of a personal issue with a member of my family. . She lied said I didn’t want to use the cane or the walker. The good thing is is that I have cameras and it showed her teaching me how to use the cane and the walker. So she did her paperwork. She told me that some guy by the name of Andrew would be reaching out so that he can take care of my physical therapy but she rejected my physical therapy. And close my case out. I would appreciate it if someone that’s in charge of this facility would reach out to me because this is no way to run a business or to help people in your community.

Denise is Absolutely Amazing!!! My husband is very picky about who comes into our house. She has made him feel very comfortable and at ease with her. I wish there were more nurses like her. You have a Gem in Denise make sure you hold onto her.. She gets 10 Stars in my book.

Nurse Denise has been absolutely wonderful! She routinely goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m well taken care of and that I’m on a positive road to healing and recovery. Kathy in the office is also very helpful and understanding. Personal Touch Home Care has made the transition from being in the hospital to recovering at home seamless.
