Refused to bring a new probe for my NICU baby whose a micropreemie because they couldn't enter my home at 2:30am, where other people reside and work/attend school, and show me how to put the probe on AGAIN, for the 3rd time...not only was I a RT at froedtert already doing their job, but 2 of their RTs already came and had agreed I was doing everything correct. My baby just moves A LOT. They were searching for an excuse to not do their job since the on call is an hour away and found one. Then, when I told them we'd be leaving, called me everyday asking for an update. I finally told them they didnt need to call me daily and thats id call them. They literally would need to wait for my doctor to do what he does because, no, an RT doesnt have power to just discharge someone and move them. Not sure why she thought she could just go around the proper authority and discharge a baby in the first place! This situation is already occurring after continously having to call these people during the night. No working monitor means no sleep, someone has to ensure my babies sleeping and not gone! They always have an excuse as to why theyre willing to risk my babies life!! We're gladly using aurora for continued services and pulled out of Thedacare completely! Never again!! Beware, beware, beware! P.s. I do have refusal texts in writing. We will be reporting this company! For some reason they also dont think they'll be head reliable should anything bad occur. It'd be a easy lawsuit! Update: im now having to call into work and miss out on my santa photos for my babies first christmas because instead of being normal, these people gave me unsealed tanks! PLEASE PLEASE dont use these people!!!!!!!! I cant even put my child in the living room we only have a compressor!!

Can’t thank you enough! My mother was sent home on hospice Friday the nursing home Oak Ridge didn’t care her mask was in deplorable shape! St Elizabeth could not help her nor hospice care! She’s spent days unable to sleep and today your kindness truly mattered.

Everyone who works here does everything except what you need done. They need to give you a tour and an orientation seminar if you are a new customer/patient, and won't let you order supplies unless you have attended. Your Rx from your doc doesn't mean anything to them. And they can only schedule your seminar on days you aren't available. Good Luck!
