My initial concern arose on in the month of December when my assigned nurse did not arrive within the expected timeframe. Upon contacting your office, I was informed that my regular nurse had unexpectedly departed. While understandable, this situation led to a delay in service. Fortunately, a highly competent and compassionate nurse was subsequently dispatched to address my needs. A second issue occurred in the month of January, when, once again, a nurse failed to arrive within the customary period. Upon contacting your office for clarification, I was informed that our contractual agreement had been terminated. This communication was unexpected and lacked clarity. When I inquired about the reason for the termination, I received a vague explanation involving a physician with whom I have no established relationship, and a requirement for a new referral. Further attempts to understand the situation led to the statement that your organization was "no longer providing services to my region." This statement was ambiguous, as it did not specify whether "region" referred to my county, city, street, or simply my individual case. The entire interaction was perplexing and remains unresolved. It was stated that services were discontinued on a specific date in January, yet I received no prior notification via call, email, or written correspondence. The overall handling of this matter did not align with professional standards, and I believe this feedback warrants your attention.

Alpine care has been taking care of me for quite some time. Aug. 2024 I was forced into a hospice in Phoenix, Az. and told I only had six months to live. So with that short of time left I moved back home to Wisconsin. After packing up and in much pain I arrived in Wisconsin only to be told I did not have any heart problems. So, I have been under the care of Alpine care. I am no longer bed ridden, I just took a walk in my wheelchair 2 days ago for about 1/2 mile. My PT, nurses and Drs are the best I could ask for. I'm making great progress because of the care they give me and I'm hoping to be walking again very soon. I could not say enough about each of them. You know who you are. Joel

I could not be more impressed with the care and compassion Rachel of Alpine Care Home Health shows my mom ever single visit. The knowledge level and thoughtful approach to problems and solutions is incredible. She educates us, encourages my mom and communicates with myself and my sister; all with a smile and cheerful disposition. Every visit she takes time to make sure all of our questions are answered. When I called there recently, I was in for the a shocker - A real live person answers the phone! I got an answer to my question in the same phone call. Everyone I have spoken with has been wonderful. If you feel like you need some additional support with your loved one, this is the company!
