Dr. Wu and the entire Harmony Cares team have been a true blessing. They provide exceptional at-home medical care for my mum with a level of compassion, respect, and humanity that’s rare to find. Dr. Wu is always patient, attentive, and genuinely listens to both my mum and our family. He treats her as a person, not just a patient, and his kindness always brings her comfort and a smile. His assistants are gentle, caring, and have a wonderful sense of humor that brightens even the hardest days. Harmony Cares as a company deserves just as much praise. Whenever we call, there’s always a real person on the phone, never a frustrating loop or long hold. They immediately know who to connect us with and make sure every question is handled quickly. Dr. Wu also goes above and beyond by recommending additional home-care solutions when we need them — from wound care to physical and occupational therapy — ensuring my mum has everything she needs without us having to chase down separate providers. The care is top-notch, timely, and filled with genuine compassion. We’re so grateful for Dr. Wu and the entire Harmony Cares team; they’ve made an enormous difference for our family, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The piece of mind and reduced stress we have because of Dr. Wu and Harmony Cares is priceless. Edited to Add: We have used Harmony Cares for ten years. The care was always incredible. In the last few years though, they have leveled up and improved in ways I did not know where needed or possible. They have truly become a place where all needs are met or solutions are found for the family.

We have had excellent service from our Harmony Cares Nurse Practitioner Theresa Wycklendt. She is very professional and attentive to her patients at Elizabeth Residence-Oak Creek. She is kind and caring beyond measure and I have always found her to be extremely responsive when I have reached out to her with a concern regarding one of our residents. Harmony Cares is a top notch visiting physician service!

I have known and followed the work of Laura Brantman Johnson at Harmony Cares for about ten years. I’ve seen firsthand the level of accessibility she provides to her patients, as well as her ability not only to listen, but to make her patients feel truly heard. That quality is dynamic and rare. Laura has also taken meaningful steps to further her education and expand her practice. For example, she identified a need for foot care and learned how to trim nails—not just as a practical service, but as a way to help patients feel valued and cared for. She has developed deep connections with her patient population, allowing her to achieve results that others often cannot. Having loved ones grow older is never easy, but I feel a sense of comfort knowing that places like Harmony Cares—and people like Laura—exist to support the people I love.
