Should be called Aurora more stress at home. Very annoying delivery service. They expect you to just be around for hours on end when they call it’s quite frankly crap. Set up a time confirm the address and be there on time simple as that. Spent several days just waiting around for someone to show up. Aurora used to be so much easier to recommend but lately I wonder. Specifically driver Bob. This guy is truly intolerable and pokey and just overall clueless Crazy how they could simply set up a delivery time and confirm the delivery location the night before.

Zero stars. Never ordered CPAP supplies ever, don’t even use a CPAP. But I get and automated call every month. Even after numerous request, they still keep calling, texting and emailing all at the SAME time numerous times a day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am having ankle surgery tomorrow and my doctor placed an order for a knee scooter in early October with Aurora at Home. Aurora at home had called me (several weeks ago) and we set a delivery date and time for the knee scooter. Aurora at home was supposed to deliver a knee scooter today so I would have it for surgery tomorrow. They called today after Noon to tell me that they do not have any knee scooters in stock. Apparently when you schedule an appointment for delivery of the equipement, they don't reserve the equipment for you! I went to Thedacare at Home and picked one up after work and not only were they wonderful to work with, the monthly rental rate was $24 cheaper. Save yourself stress, time and a headache - GO TO THEDACARE AT HOME!

Called for a concern with my cpap equipment early this morning. Of course, I received a recording indicating they would get back to me soon. It’s now 5:59 pm on the weekend. No one ever called me back. Not sure if anyone really works at that number. Called another 800 number from website (answered 24/7 according to website) received a recording that no one will answer after hours. Does anyone ever answer at any time? Why am I dealing with this company that does not answer?
