The staff at Avid Health at Home has been outstanding. They are very responsive to all of our needs and quickly adapt to schedule changes. We have had the same caregiver for over three years. On occasion we require a fill in caregiver when our regular caregiver is on vacation and needs the day off. The agency has consistently provided well trained, reliable caregivers. We are extremely happy with the relationship we have with the Avid team. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing caregiver services.

We have been extremely pleased with care & service provided by For Papa's Sake / Avid Health at Home. They did a wonderful job matching our caregiver to my husband's needs. She is very warm and loving, and really seems to "get him". He is very comfortable with her and ask for her regularly. Similarly, the service provided from the office staff has been excellent. They are always very responsive and thorough. I strongly recommend them.

My mom has had caregivers from For Papas Sake / Avid health since 2018! And in those nearly seven years, she has had 4 primary caregivers, which is a testament that their employees are happy working there. They take pride, as they should, in ensuring that there is a good fit between patient and caregiver. My mom has a high level of care needed and all her caregivers have been incredible! Their level of knowledge and true compassion is something very special. All of her caregivers felt like they were part of our family. Their management team has extraordinary communication skills. They are able to find last minute fill ins or extra caregivers in times of emergencies. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and am particular when it comes to medical care for my mom . I continue to be impressed with the high quality of this company. Highly recommend if you have a loved one needing extra care!!

Avid Health at Home (For Papa’s Sake) caregivers have been caring for my parents for almost two years. Our caregivers are wonderful at their jobs, and feel like family. My parents were reluctant to have “strangers” in their house. However, they quickly realized how wonderful the caregivers are and how much they help with the tasks of everyday living. My mother has progressed with both Parkinson’s and Dementia, and the communication between each of the caregivers the Agency and myself has been great. The Agency frequently assesses our changing situation and ensures the caregivers have what they need to provide the best care. I live in a different state and this has been helpful in giving me peace of mind knowing my family is well cared for.
