Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Mercy Assisted Care We received a final notice and collections warning for a bill we never got. When I called, I was told the account number on the bill didn’t exist. The amount jumped from $19 to $128 once they found the correct account. When I tried to pay and asked for an itemized bill and receipt, the rep was rude, dismissive, and more focused on blaming me than helping. I had to ask for a different rep just to get basic service. Completely unprofessional. If you need medical equipment, go elsewhere — not worth the stress or lack of support.

Abysmal communication and rude employees, specifically Renae B. online. Extremely rude and condescending to customers. It's almost impossible to get any definitive information or help from them with anything. Every time they communicate with me, I hear different information and what each person says directly conflicts with what their colleagues say. Online communication is poorly written and the communication here is horrible. PIck a different provider if you can!

Very old school organization. No online payment options. Everything is a chore with them.
