This agency failed my mother on so many levels lacking very basic knowledge that almost cost my mother her life. We went into this program only because we couldn’t get her the transportation we needed to her appointment and was told This would be easier. We made it very clear that she wasn’t dying. They ignored me when I said I believe my mom had a uti. She was so sick her eyes were filled with puss and by last Wednesday we had to call 911 because she was barely conscious. If I hadn’t called 911 she would have died. Charlie insisted my mom was having mini strokes. Well her mri came back and she hasn’t had a single stroke since August. Both nurses were extremely negligent. When I called Erin saying my mom was in distress she said that I was losing my mind and that she just needed morphine and that hydrocodone metabolized into it anyway. And despite me saying my mom was in distress she NEVER came to see her. They were always busy with another client. Charlie said it was sad that I couldn’t agree with her and the doctor when she said that it’s okay if her bp is out of control that it’s normal after a stroke. I had to tell her over and over yes, for about a week it’s normal but then it needs to be stabilized. She continued to say I was wrong. The day Charlie told me to just stop checking my moms bp was the same day it went down to 86/67 I called the after hours number and the woman did nothing but give me an attitude. I said I wanted to call 911 and she said it would be a waste of the hospitals time. The stress this place put me through made me so suicidal that I asked my fiancé to check me into the hospital. They literally asked my mom to her face if she thought she was dying. My mom said yes because imagine hearing your dying all the time on top of having an infection. I almost lost my mom due to your negligence. After being in the hospital on antibiotics in less than a week she’s talking, smiling, laughing, making jokes, eating drinking etc. You have no business running a hospice agency or working in healthcare at all for that matter. My family and I have been so traumatized that we will NEVER go through hospice again. I should have went with my gut and turned them away when they were several hours late with no courtesy call the day we were suppose to admission forms. You should ALL be ashamed of yourselves

Our Hospice Team was the best ever. They took excellent care of Mom (and us), were available day or night, offered not only care visits but also volunteer visits on a weekly basis. Everyone (nurse, chaplain social worker, care-giver), all visited more often as needed, and were so caring and kind when things got rough. They treated us all like family. We cannot say enough about them. We highly recommend Interim Hospice Care.

Early in 2025 my Mom had OT and PT from Interim, in the assisted living facility in which she resides. Everyone that came for her OT and PT sessions was very nice, professional, and responsive to both my Mom and me. I would use them again, without question.

We are so grateful for Interim Health Care. My husband took a bad fall about a year and a half ago. He was in the hospital a few weeks and also rehab to recover. When he came home I was relieved to know that Interim Health Care was going to come to our home to help him get back on his feet. They were all so helpful and understanding. Now that he’s mostly back on his feet we have Jaime S that comes in and changes his catheter. She is wonderful with him and she makes me feel at ease with any questions I might have. I have even text her when off duty. I wouldn’t hesitate on calling for help. God Bless you all who serves there. 😊

Would not recommend. I had a catheter change and the nurse put it in incorrectly and I was bleeding. He told me if it continues to bleed to contact them. When my caregiver came later that evening it was still bleeding. I called the office they said a nurse would give me a call back but I never got one so I ended up going to the hospital. The people at the hospital told me it was not in all the way and it ruptured my urethra. So they put one in properly. It took over a month to heal. I would call Interim every few days and the receptionist said someone would give me a call and I never got a response. I now recently got a pressure sore that I wanted them to look at what they had done previously now they said I should look for different company because I was unsatisfied with their catheter care. I don't think they want the incident on their record. This happened earlier this year 2025.
