I wish I could give less than 1 star for a review. My partner is having surgery today and his doctor placed an order for a knee scooter. I called to ask how to arrange pick up of this item, and the woman who answered their phones was NO help at all. She was rude and very short. Obviously had no interest in helping. She transferred me to their “showroom” in hopes they could help. The phone rang and rang. No one ever answered.

New folksy AI phone ordering is infuriating. Leads you into ordering all supplies eligible whether you need them or not. Great for generating payments from Medicare/ insurance, but not for optimizing patient's care. Instead, ask them for the online portal website for ordering for DIY control of the process. And when you can, let them know the folksy AI phone interaction is not good enough, not even close in terms of supporting accurate patient communication.

I used equipment I was directed to get from this company following fracture. I used until March 2025 (approximately 3mos). I paid with credit card and just received a bill charging me through September 2025. I tried to call and was told to leave voicemail. I received callback and was told invoices were now void, the representative was understanding regarding my being so upset! Just tired of scammers so I overreacted!

They are perfectly happy to send you constant reminders to reorder supplies but fail to tell you that orders aren't processed and sent to your insurance until after it's been shipped which landed me with an over 500 dollar bill because my insurance wasn't billed till the start of the new year which reset my deductible. Then they don't offer any sort of resolution even though they are not transparent with their billing practices and blame the customer as if we're supposed to know what their billing practices are. In future I'll try to find somewhere else to get my CPAP supplies

Nice & supportive staff, my doctor requested for my son wheelchair and I got the same day evening. The staff deliver at my home and handover along with documentation. For return I requested for drop at showroom and all the paperwork done before my arrival. I just drop the wheelchair, sign the paper, receive the receipt and out of the showroom with in five minutes.
