A reckless Aurora at Home fleet driver cut us off in traffic and kicked up gravel that cracked our windshield. I reached out and no action has been taken. Very poor customer service and employees that are putting the general public in danger on the road.

I do NOT recommend Aurora at Home for your respiratory needs. I'm on oxygen since January 2025. On Aug 21, 2025, i called to reorder tubing & cannula. You never get someone to answer your call. Calls go to voicemail. By Monday August 25th, I've left 4, count them 4, voicemail about my order. They say all calls will be returned. My husband drove to the office. All locked up. The warehouse person told my husband that everyone works from home. He will ship order today 8/25. I still have no phone call, no tracking my order, no idea when or if my supplies will arrive. I have no idea that my calls were received. This is no way for Aurora at Home to treat their customers who are on Oxygen. My advice, find a different company to get cpap. bipap, respiratory, or home-health care needs.

All of the CPAP comments are true. This organization is absolutely criminal. I just got 2 bills for the exact same pieces of CPAP gear. The first bill was for $387 and the second bill was for $107. I called and they said they had to wait for the bill to go through insurance. These CPAP masks are at most $100 or so online. The rep I spoke to even said they had originally charge $585 or so to the insurance company for the one they billed me $387 for. This is a grift. Even what they are charging insurance is a ripoff. Even with all that, these bills were just mailed a week ago 8/5/2025. The equipment list is from 2024. One is from 1 year and 1 month ago and the other is from 1 year and 4 months ago. It takes them more than one year to bill.

I want to warn future customers and confirm that the other bad reviews are accurate. I have been using Aurora Health at Home for a year. Never received a bill, consistently was sent the wrong supplies, and then received communication from a collections agency that I owed several hundred dollars. You’ve been warned.

This company is the absolute worst! A box shows up 14 months ago with CPAP supplies, which I never ordered. The reservoir was the not for my model. It took days to talk to a human. When I finally did, I was told I wouldn't be changed for the reservoir. I got my bill a year later, yes a year! Of course they charged for the reservoir. When a human finally called me, I was told, my bill still had to go thru insurance. Yesterday, I got the same bill saying it was late. I had no problem getting through to billing, I was told it went through insurance already. I said, is it normal to take 12 months to get a bill? She said, yes. I told her, my medical savings account will only cover bills up to six months old. She said, that's how long it takes. The other scam is they said the charge was $795 for the CPAP supplies, and after insurance the charged me $130. I can buy these on Amazon for less. A supervisor called me today to ask what the problem was. I told her waiting a year to get a bill is unacceptable. She said, that's normal. I told her, cancel any contact with me. I will never buy anything from Aurora at Home again. Zero Stars!
