I can’t say enough about how wonderful Horizon Home Health & Hospice has been to work with. From the very beginning, Cori, their liaison, has been incredibly supportive, professional, and compassionate. She makes sure families have the information, guidance, and reassurance they need during such important times. Beyond Cori’s outstanding support, the entire Horizon team provides exceptional care to their patients. Their staff consistently demonstrate compassion, respect, and professionalism, treating each individual with dignity while also supporting families through the process. It’s clear that patient well-being is always their top priority.

I don't even know where to start. First, the hospice care is NOT good. We had them for my dad a little less than a year ago, and the nurses would show up late. We'd call and they'd say they would come to check on him, wouldn't show up until hours later. They're clearly understaffed for their traveling nurses. Then we were told my dad was "fine" and they just continue to pump him with morphine and he passed a day and half later. Now, due to hospital contracts, we have to use them again for my uncle and before we could even process what was happening with him, they're asking what funeral home we want to use and if he's going to be cremated, etc. Which by the way, was asked to me (his niece) who isn't even his healthcare POA. I just happened to be at the hospital visiting. I don't think these are questions you should be asking someone who isn't the power of attorney! It's like they don't have any compassion for what people are going through. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Horizon first sent their nurse to my house without gauze/scissors (even though they travel with this big black bags) they first wrapped my feet in straight tape. Then my legs and feet were wrapped so tight causing a blister causing an infection. I'm not loosing my left foot and possibly the right. I'll leave the current status of my feet photos out because they are graphic

I am forever grateful for their guidance and support during my mother's home care battle with dementia. Every interaction had respect and service built into it. If you or a family member require support away from the hospital lights and noise - these are your people - highly recommended

Out- Patient PT/Hip surgery - Melissa G. has been my physical therapist since February. I just wanted to say what a pleasure she is to work with. Don’t let her pleasant demeanor fool you. She is a sweetheart but demanding at the same time. Melissa was very knowledgeable. Just when I felt I had her exercise routines down, she always came with something new to keep me challenged. I’m on my way to a full recovery and could not have done so without your expert assistance. Horizon should be very proud of you. Thank you, Melissa.
