I personally hate to give such a negative review, but by this point it has been earned. Just a terrible experience with scheduling to start off with. The medical staff at the time of the visit. Billing after the time of the visit. And finally management to follow up on the matter. In order to even schedule the visit was over a 3 month wait. In the weeks ahead I reach out to see if anything sooner was available and they blamed me for choosing a facility that was super backed up. I literally took the one that they picked for me. At the time of the visit I was seen by a doctor and was told to wait for another doctor to come in. I fell asleep for 30 minutes with no one coming back into the room. I paid for the bill while at the clinic, but still their billing department reached out to me stating I still owed them. I showed them proof of payment several times and they never got back to me. I could only get answers when I called them. Finally in order to get them off my back I am pretty sure I just double paid my deductible. And finally I requested to speak to a supervisor about the whole experience and of course I would never hear word back. So by this point, yeah they have earned this review. I understand being short staffed and being held up, but try to treat those customers that you do have with some modicum of respect for their time please.

Lindsay Houle deserves to have her license revoked and you seriously need to reevaluate your management in behavioral health. Don’t bother with that department because you’ll be left to fend for yourself.

Every single nurse on the med-surg floor should be fired. Treated my husband and I like garbage while he was hospitalized with pneumonia. I knew it was a mistake taking him to SSM Monroe and we should had driven to Madison.
