They were very rude, and would call my partner an hour or so before wanting to come. No consideration to set up a time. Also the last lady that came a week ago, thought she should adjust his walker to the shortest height, causing him to lean so far over his walker, it made him dizzy, and falling forward. My poor 5'10" partner fell forward so many times, and was so dizzy when using it. I finally adjusted it back for him. The two therapists that came were very nice, but the others were very inconsiderate, to set up appointments. Too bad. I would not recommend.

Home care was to include Home Health Aide, PT, , and OT along with RN visits. RN did visit; but, the other services never started. 12 days after discharge no phone calls from PT or OT. Home Health Aide had a date to start but no phone call or visit.
