Pulmonary dept. The wait time was short I was taken early. The office clerk was not welcoming, she asked my information she wasn’t even looking at me I didn’t even think she was addressing me. The pulmonary tech Caroline K was wonderful , excellent personality very knowledgeable explained everything and answered all my questions all the while making me feel very comfortable. She personified what Prohealth stands for excellence and quality care

Self check in was no problem, got great directions to where we needed to go. Didn't even get to sit down and got called back for the appointment. No waiting around in a back room either but went right in for the actual appointment! The radiology tech was amazing and super personable to me and my wife and we were on our way in no time. 5 stars for sure!
