I cannot say enough about this company. Joe from Professional Home Care for the last 3 years has never missed an appt., on time always, great care for my mom ( which is VERY IMPORTANT to her children), always extremely nice, caring and never cuts corners caring for my mother's legs. My mother's legs have never looked better. Believe me, we have been through a lot with different care givers for the last 15 years and Joe is one of the best. My sisters and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with her care. You want one of the best, have Professional Home Care take care of your loved ones. You will not be sorry.

Our family has used professional home services for 2+ years. Joe comes twice a week! He is always prompt, polite, professional, and the service he gives has not changed given the multiple times we see him! His care is outstanding! He is always willing to accommodate should we need to change the time . He is always friendly and nice to talk to and he will take the time to explain things and treatment options. He never rushes through the treatment, which is very important as others have done this in the past. Joe clearly loves his job and loves his patients. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs this type of service.

I wanted to wait a while to write this review. I'm still confused by the whole process. I mentioned to my doctor that it was getting harder for me to do basic housework. A social worker from Froedtert called me. She emailed me a long list of places to call. She also said it was hard to find anyone and would a member of my family be able to help me. I told her maybe my grandson. She asked me to call him to make sure. That was confusing to me because why the long list and yet no help at these places? I called PHC because in my neighborhood. When I talked to owner(?) I explained to him my needs light housework. He said they just did personal care. If I remember right I said I didn't need personal care yet and besides wouldn't want that kind of help from grandson. He then asked me if I would have a problem if he would help me with pants up to knees then socks and shoes. I do remember something about being in the bathroom while I showered. I think I said what about outside door? Maybe he said no to that and then I said he could sit on toilet top and once I turned the water off then he could stand outside door. Something about a light lunch. He said then there could be some light housework. I'm not the one that brought all this up. I would have never thought about it. Just wanted help with light housework. A nurse practitioner came to visit me. I don't remember to much of conversation mostly he entered all my medicine into a laptop. The most conversation was about my health. I have osteoporosis, scoliosis and whiplash. I have a MAC infection in my lungs. I use a nebulizer twice a day. Then air clearance. Severe muscle wasting and go to pulmonary rehab. Also take a statin and ppi. I wanted to ask him questions he said to let him finish entering medicine in laptop. He mentioned something about help for one hour with shower. I was confused because of conversation on phone before about minimal personal help and then some light housework. After waiting a week or so I did call the nurse. He made light of my osteoporosis saying could still do things. I'm glad he knows what I can and can't do. He said more concerning the Mac infection. I think I told him that once the pain in my back and neck gets really bad then that effects my breathing because my posture gets worse. With the muscle wasting and weight loss I can barely maneuver vacuum cleaner and definitely can't bend over to clean tub or floors. Even a cough could break a bone. The only exam he did was have me walk in hallway, get up from bed and remember three words. From that he knows what I'm capable of doing? After lots of messages and phone calls with no response back I did finally talk to the first person. He did get back to me and he told me the nurse said I didn't want personal care. I don't think that is true. I have no memory of saying that. There was personal care mentioned in first call otherwise why would the nurse even visit. I'm very disappointed and confused about the whole process with them. After all the waiting a phone call back would have been nice. I could have been calling other places on the list. Anyway this is my first time dealing with this maybe I will have more understanding next time. When they say they only do personal care then the phone call should end and no reason for a visit.
