Horrible service. Try to push people into nursing homes without the patients knowledge. They also expect their patients to find other help when they are short staffed instead of figuring it out. One star rating is way more than they deserve.

Let me just start by saying, any company that would hire back a CNA who stole from a patient, doesn't deserve to have patients. If you have services for your family members from this company, you need to worry. They are unorganized, rude, and uncaring. There is no accountability for the staff and the CNA's are unprofessional, constantly talking about personal matters and taking phone calls while with patients. As stated in previous reviews, they have strict covid-19 screenings, however, as someone who recently had a family member receiving services through this company, I never once witnessed a screening, nor did the CNA's wear masks or use hand sanitizer while in a patient's home. Truly scary that a business doesn't take a pandemic seriously.

If you value your loved one's care, you should absolutely avoid this company. They are disorganized, treat their employees poorly, and the level of care is inconsistent due lack of equal accountability being held among their staff. There are much better places, that aren't focused on money, to get your family member's care.
