Nic was a great nurse and very respectful, it is to bad he works for such a bad company. As soon as Tanya found out I was her Ex-Husband's sister, it became impossible to get the care and help I needed. It is sad that supervisors and head of business allow this to happen, especially since Tanya and my brother have been divorced over 11 years. I finally had to go to Cowboy Health where I have gotten top notch care by amazing, friendly, and caring people.

Unprofessional behavior, pathological liars who break they're word / Promise... Do not take responsibility and leave a 79 yr old Woman who is unstable to fall and leaves her in the snow while standing there with they're hands tucked into they're pockets and say they are not reliable when she fell, My Mother in law. Runs to Manager and LIES and has the driver (John) and CEO (Ben) come to our house and yells at my mother-in- law and Fiance how we should have shoveled the path, when we did.... Then lies more so on how he didn't drop her in the snow, but claims to say we need a shovel and didn't have on, but also LIED how they said No one helps my mother law outside to the car. While I come downstairs Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Help my Mother-in-law out the house while in her wheelchair and bring her directly to the BEST HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE vehicle every morning at Exactly 6;00 am. Then having the CEO (Ben) Lie to our faces how they will keep her and drive her to DIALYSIS on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday's but turns out Today they lied and broke they're promise and dropped her, but being so unprofessional to not even call. As I had issues with them when my grandfather was dying 3 years ago.. where on of they're employees.. instead of focusing on him and his last time on earth, they stuck they're noses into my business and disregarded my grandfather as he was dying. Unprofessional behavior, rude attitude, Disappointed and Not recommended..... rather give them a zero.....
